Dr. Cecilia Dong is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in glaucoma, cataract surgery, and various diseases of the eye. Originally from Beijing, China, Dr. Dong completed her secondary education in Missouri and Southern California. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at UCLA and received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, where she was the first recipient of the Research to Prevent Blindness Medical Student Fellowship at the institution.

We’re located at 3556 Broadway, New York, NY 10031.

To get to Washington Heights from the south, take Wakefield – 241 St MTA to 96 St. Walk northwest for 0.3 miles, then get on the Van Cortlandt Park – 242 St MTA to 145 St. Once there, head northeast on Broadway toward W 146th St. In 160 feet, pass Harlem Garden on your right, then turn right at 146 St. We’ll be on the right-hand corner of the City MD Urgent Care building, on the second floor.

From within Washington Heights, take the M101 bus Amsterdam Av/W 170 St to Amsterdam Av/W 148 St. Walk northeast on Amsterdam Ave for 50 feet, then pass River restaurant on your right and turn right onto 147 St. In 400 feet, pass Bethel Holy Church of Deliverance on the right and turn left onto Broadway St by Blooming Threading Salon. Cross 146th St, and we’ll be on the second floor of the left-hand corner building.
