Education & Experience

Dr. Russell brings a wealth of education and experience to his practice. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston College, followed by earning his doctorate from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and the College of Physicians & Surgeons at Columbia University. His extensive post-doctoral training includes an internship at New York University Medical Center and dual residencies at Cornell University Medical Center.

Further honing his expertise, Dr. Russell completed fellowships at the LSU Eye Center and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, specializing in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery.
